• Prepaid Return Slip: A prepaid return slip is provided with each order. Simply use this label and return the item in the original packaging.

• Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. However, a refund will be processed upon return.

 

4. Refund Process

 

• Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive an email confirmation once it is complete.
