Where's my order?

Decor and accents ship in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–6. Furniture ships freight and typically arrives in 7–13 days. You'll get tracking by email the moment it leaves our warehouse.

How do returns work?

You have 30 days from delivery. Start the return from your order page or just email us — we'll send a prepaid label (or schedule a freight pickup for furniture). Refunds land 3–5 business days after we receive it.

My item arrived damaged.

We're sorry — that's on us. Email photos of the damage and the box within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. No need to return the damaged piece in most cases.

Do you offer financing?

Yes — 0% APR financing is available at checkout on all orders, splitting your purchase into easy monthly payments. You'll see your exact terms before you commit.

Can I order fabric swatches?

Yes — swatch kits are free for any upholstered piece. Mention the product and colors you're considering in the form and we'll mail them out same day.
